With regards to their service center, it is one of the best in Houston, if not, THE best. When I bring my vehicle here to get serviced, I know that it will be done right and in a reasonable amount of time. I have had really poor experiences in the past with fly-by night service centers and chain stores. Never again will I ever put myself through the hassle of going anywhere else for service. The staff at Finnegan are very communicative and do a great job of always keeping me in the loop on how my vehicle is doing, especially when I have more work than normal being done on my vehicle. I had a good purchase experience. The staff is efficient with their paper work and work procedures. Come back with you cashier check and within 45 minutes you are on your way, car washed and topped off with gasoline. I highly recommend.

This was my second time buying a vehicle from Finnegan Auto Group. They treated me right. I had a Ram truck to trade in. Before getting to the dealership, I let them know what I was looking for feature wise. They already had my perfect car picked out and ready to test drive. I didn’t feel any hard sell tactics here. I was able to negotiate and get the price I wanted for my trade. And while they didn’t lower the price of the new vehicle, there were other credits available.
