Taylor and associate were very kind and patient with me. I had been in an accident and the insurance company gave me five days to turn in my rental and buy a new car. They held the car for me, with a little down, so I could get the insurance check and money situation figured out. He was also quick to respond when my maintenance light came on, oxygen sensor (my fault), that popped up. He was willing to fix and look at whatever needed to be done so I was driving safely. This was my first experience at a dealership, I went in with a terrible prejudgment, and came out very, very happy. It was the exact car I wanted with the perfect price! Easy, they are willing to work with you and no hassle.

When I say this was the most enjoyable vehicle transaction I have ever experienced, I truly mean it. Taylor is so down to earth and made this process so easy for me and my son Chase. We found a truck on his lot that my son was really interested in. Taylor was honest and so accommodating when we came to check out the truck. He helped us with financing options which was pretty seamless. When we were leaving with our new truck he even took a pic of Chase and the truck and gave him $40 out of his own pocket for Chase to top the truck off with gas !! 10 out of 10 recommend Taylor Smith Automotive in Kannapolis !!!
