Exceptional Service from Kyle Elliott at James Wood Auto Park in Denton I can’t say enough good things about James Wood Auto Park in Denton. We purchased my wife’s brand-new Cadillac Escalade from them, and the buying experience was fantastic. From sales to service and even the parts department, everyone has been incredibly helpful—far beyond what I’ve experienced at most dealerships. Most recently, we had some collision repairs done, and the experience was just as great. Kyle Elliott, our collision advisor (or service advisor), was outstanding. He was upfront, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right the first time. He made sure all the parts were ordered before I dropped off the vehicle, so we didn’t have to deal with unnecessary delays. He also worked seamlessly with the insurance company, making the entire process completely hassle-free—something I’ve never been able to say about a collision repair experience before. For the past 20 years, I’ve been buying my trucks from a small, family-owned dealership in East Texas, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a larger dealership. But James Wood treated us like long-time customers—like we’d been buying a couple of vehicles a year from them for decades. Matt and Juan were the epitome of professionalism. They put me in a new truck with ease.
