2022 GMC Sierra 2WD Crew Cab Short Box Pro

I am so thankful to have found this place. Jonathon Breckenridge was the best, he took the time to make sure we had everything we wanted and went over every feature to make sure we was comfortable before we left. Our overall experience is worth more than the 5 stars allowed. We drove 3 hours and felt right at home coming through the door. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed. ????

I arrived at my appointed time. The nice young lady came out to greet me, calling me by name and asking how she could help. I opted to wait in the lounge area for my oil changed. While I waited, the general manager came through and asked if I needed anything. Other employees came through and each one spoke. I was there for less than an hour and each person I encountered was smiling and willing to help. The customer service at Carl Hogan Chevrolet is unmatched, in my opinion.

Mark Ingram performed repairs on my truck. He went above and beyond to keep me informed on the problems found and remedies. He then ordered parts and made the necessary repairs in a very efficient manner. Mark called me to let me know when he was done and that I could come get my truck. I wish all technicians were as conscientious and diligent as he is. His work ethic is beyond compare these days.
