I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango RT from this dealer back in January, 2024 and I would like to share some of my experience. First, I want to start by saying John Rivera (my salesman) and his manager are good guys. They made me feel welcomed the minute I walked into the building. They were both personable, professional and overall, pleasant people to deal with. I was able to schedule a test drive and check out other vehicles of the same make model while I was on location. I had an overall good experience, I love the car, and I would recommend this place. Just be sure to ask for John Rivera. Now with that being said, I have some advice for everyone. Keep in mind, if you’re in the market for a car and I’m assuming you are if you’re reading this, it’s your job as a consumer to do your research! I can’t stress that enough... Before I stepped foot onto this dealer, I already knew exactly what car I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it and everything worked out just find. Listen, at the end of the day, it’s a business, not a charity so please be prepared or you’ll have a bad experience like some people in these reviews. The dealership does charge an approximate $3,000 fee at the time I purchased the vehicle. This fee is not included in the advertised sale price. This type of fee is common amongst used car dealers and can vary in price. It’s typically used to cover the cost of any repairs and cosmetic issues that need to be addressed so that the vehicle is in the best condition possible. It’s also a way for any dealer to make profit. Remember, it’s a business, not a charity. The people who work here have bills to pay and mouths to feed just like most of us. So please, be prepared so you won’t be disappointed. This really applies to anywhere you shop at. John, if you’re reading this, thank you again brother! Your hospitality is much appreciated. 5 stars! My husband and I pulled into the dealership and we were immediately greeted outside by Ricardo, who ended up being our salesman. Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable about all the models of pickup trucks on their lot and made us feel extremely comfortable in our decision to purchase a 2019 ram pickup. The finance manager Jamie was extremely friendly and made the remainder of the paperwork process seamless. I highly recommend Olger motors, and I especially recommend asking for Ricardo and Jamie.
