Wow, what a great experience! I’m so thankful for Ford and all the associates who took great care of me and my car. They provided me with a ride to work while they were diagnosing my car but then also once my car was actually in the shop getting worked on they provided me with a very nice rental car! Joshua, my service advisor was extremely kind, helpful and I appreciate his prompt communication. I would highly recommend!

Great experience! I called about my problem and they set appointment for first thing in the morning the next day! Received text messages about everything that was done and such. Just an overall good experience would recommend!

David Boulanger is a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The finance manager (I wish I could remember her name) was excellent as well; she made the whole process painless and enjoyable.
