My husband and I just purchased a 2024 Acadia and worked with Tonya. She was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were deciding between 2 different vehicles and never once felt pressured to buy anything. She gave us plenty of time to test drive and discuss our decision before we purchased. We noticed a couple small scuffs inside the vehicle as well as a small cut in the armrest. She assured us it would be taken care of and has been in contact to resolve the issue with us. She is an incredibly efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, hardworking woman. When we finished our purchase, Leon walked me through all of the features and options the vehicle offers. He was thorough and knowledgeable in everything the vehicle includes in its technology and entertainment package. I felt comfortable driving home that day after he explained to me how everything on the car works since it has a different shifting capability as well as a huge touch screen with a ton of options that can be overwhelming! I had a great buying experience with my 2022 Shelby GT500 from Erik Wright and Zach. They did a good job of staying in contact with me through the whole process. First of all, we were so happy that we took out the extended warranty on our 2017 Acadia, especially when we found out we needed a new water pump. On the way to the dealership to have our car fixed, I got a flat tire on the highway. Luckily I was able to make it to your service department and your service team member addressed both issues promptly.
