Our experience with Don Franklin was excellent. I got the car I wanted in the price range I needed. The staff was courteous, kind, and helpful. The entire process was reasonably quick and we left the dealership very satisfied with the experience.
Very courteous staff, Jennifer always takes exceptional care of my issues. Actually spoke with service manager about a concern and checked on the issue and found a resolution. Things are fixed the first time within a reasonable time frame. I drive two hours for their service department due to dealers closer do not have a good reputation and costs for service is much higher.
I had a great experience. My service advisor, Chris Rivard, was extremely nice and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
