2018 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box SLT

My son decided to get some parking lot damage on the car we inherited from my grandfather repaired. We needed a rear quarter panel and front bumper cover fixed and painted. The car is 14 years old and got a bit banged up while my son was still in high school, but it was in good mechanical shape and very low mileage for its age, so I agreed it was worth the investment and started looking for a body shop while the brakes were being replaced. Our mechanic suggested Rodz Collision. Miguel was still around just after 5 when I got the car back and he let me drop it off because my work schedule made it difficult to make a second trip by myself. A couple of days later I received a fair estimate on the costs. Letty kept me in the loop on progress over the next week or so. We had a minor hiccup with a light fixture which meant ordering another part. The team at Rodz was quick to address it and apologized for the added wait, but our schedule was pretty flexible, so it wasn't a big deal to me. Still, it was nice that they apologized for the issue. We got the car back a few days ago and it looks fantastic! My son and I are thrilled with how it turned out. It looks just like it did the day my grandfather bought it new! My son just left to go back to the base where he is stationed, looking like he got a brand new car. My only complaint was the credit card policy. If there is to be a fee for using a card as payment, I would have liked to know that earlier in the process to allow time to get to a bank without a last minute rush. Otherwise, I am perfectly happy with the process and the results. I am already saving up to get my own 10 year old car repainted by Rodz next, with 2 more vehicles to do in the future. They do beautiful work that is fairly priced. Not only that, they were responsive to my schedule and concerns. Excellent work, excellent service! What a great combo for a body shop!

Brought our 2020 BMW here to get a front bumper fixed and they did an excellent job! The bumper looks brand new, they always kept in contact with us and had the job done quick and perfect! They even detailed our car interior which we appreciated so much ! Great place and amazing service 5/5 Stars!

this family operated company told me they’d take about a week to fix my 2019 charger from the front & that’s exactly what they did. they left me satisfied with their work & especially the paint job. i would highly recommend this body shop to anyone. they do oil change, tires, & the whole thing.????????
