Harry W (sales associate) was the first person to greet us when we arrived. He was very helpful and friendly. He helped us find the vehicle we were looking for, took us for a test drive and made the experience fun. As far as Chris Z (financial manager) goes, that guy was great.... he took care of us and made us feel at home. The process was smooth and fair. My standout experience at this dealership was with Steven Maynes an exemplary sales professional. Unlike many, he wasn't pushy and genuinely prioritized my needs. His patience and dedication to finding the perfect car for me were truly commendable. Steven's approach sets a high standard for salesmanship, making the car-buying experience genuinely enjoyable. If you're considering a purchase here, I strongly suggest seeking out Steven for exceptional service.Though I wasn’t fond of the additional price of the Jeep that is called 'lot ready,' he worked with me to decrease it substantially. I believe such costs should be included in the advertised price to avoid feeling like a hidden fee, but that wasn't his fault. After purchasing the vehicle, I had concerns about its condition, and Steven was willing to do anything he could to help me. Currently, I'm working with the dealership to address a bumper issue that wasn't apparent when I bought it. I hope they can rectify this, especially since the car wasn't truly 'lot ready,' and selling physically damaged cars shouldn't be their practice.
