2015 GMC Sierra

I recently purchased a Dodge Journey there and found the price to be quite fair. I’m very pleased with the transaction. Writing a review because this is the best experience that I have ever had with buying a car! Teresa did the best she could to help me. She was upfront and honest from the start. I had a great experience! This was an out of state transaction, so I expected to encounter some difficulties. However, Teresa and the sales associate was extremely helpful. It was easy purchasing a car. The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. I had been on the hunt for a BMW X5 for about 2 weeks, when one matching the year and price point I wanted popped up for sale at Barron's. I gave them a call, and was extremely impressed right off the bat with the friendliness I experienced. They took the time to actually answer my questions in detail, and even look up a few unimportant things that I was curious about but couldn't research at the moment, because I was driving. I live a couple hours from Portland, so I wanted to make sure it was worth the trip before deciding to come. The next morning when I came for a test drive, I was met with the same great customer service. I ultimately decided to get this X5, and the whole process was quick and painless. I was in and out in record time, and Teresa and the team were wonderful to work with every step of the way. It was so refreshing to find a family run business that will go out of their way to work with you and meet you on your level. They didn't even make a copy of my driver's license before the test drive. Now that's trust, and I respect that little gesture!
