2015 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box

THIS PLACE AND THEIR STAFF ROCKS!!!! I got a 2021 Honda Cr-V. Who knew a Toyota dealership would be so much better than all of the Honda dealerships in the area!? This has been the best experience at a dealership I’ve had. Dennis was absolutely amazing, and everyone there was friendly. They greeted me and you can tell they all care about you, making sure to get you a great deal and get you in something you are happy in. They aren’t just concerned about getting a sale that day but also building a relationship with you for future sales and I really appreciated that. The environment there was awesome, everyone seemed to be happy and having a great time. I got into a car accident that totaled my vehicle. For two almost three weeks my father and I searched dealerships and their vehicles. Honda dealerships were quite stuck up, and I had a horrible experience with Victory Honda in Plymouth (hidden fees etc.). Dennis was transparent, friendly and turned my car buying experience from horrible and frustrating to amazing and exciting. The car was clean and drove awesome. We did notice under the car there was a bolt missing to a panel for the oil and one of the key fob batteries were low. They replaced it without fuss and no extra costs. Thank you Szott M-59 Toyota for the wonderful experience! I will be a returning customer once it is time for another vehicle and Szott M-59 Toyota will be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a vehicle!

This service department is several notches above what you will find at other area Toyota dealers. Mike went above and beyond to accommodate his customer, which is rare these days. Of course, it's a dealership service department, so it's not cheap, but some jobs can only be handled by the dealer. The best dealer experience I've had in years.

Overall assessment… quick service, friendly staff, and fair pricing. My son had his GR86 scheduled for regular maintenance which was completed without incident… after a few times interacting with this dealership for various questions, etc., we have both been pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful they are.
