2015 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Standard Box

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Gorilla Auto Center that I'm doing this one because they deserve it. I hate buyingcars because the sales people are pushy and always seem to just want to sell you a car. I'm elderly and safety is primary. My sales person, Anna, was amazing from start to finish. After my initial test drive I came back with a list of concerns which I relayed to her. I requested a pre buy inspection from an independent mechanic of my choice. No problem Anna said but I did give a deposit to hold it as I couldn't get it in right away. A used car is always going to have issues, so I was expecting them. However, Anna took my every concern down and addressed what they could do for me. They could have told me take it or leave it, but that was not the attitude of this dealership. Both Anna and the owner worked with me to do all they could to get me safely on the road. Since I had driven 2x from the Seattle area to see and get the car inspected, when the ordered parts were received and taken care of, their driver who picks up cars in Seattle brought the car to me near where I was to deliver it personally. I can not say enough good things about my experience with this car dealer and Anna. Did everything I found get fixed? No, but the major things did and that was far more than expected and that alone was why I purchased this particular vehicle from Gorilla Auto Center. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

They went above and beyond, Everyone greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. They take the time to learn your name and take care of you. BONUS POINTS!! they were packing backpacks full of school supplies for local kids, quietly off to the side. Great local business to support, they give back to the community.

Helped my son buy a car here and could not have been happier. Chewy was easy to work with no pressure at all. Inside people are awesome, answered any and all questions. It was a great experience for my son. My son even commented “I really thought this was going to be exhausting and not fun at all.” I told him it normally is lol. Great people and I would definitely go back.
