Service department was incredible. Have a chevrolet truck. What i thought was a wheel bearing going out. Took it to them (after calling Integrity and was blown off as if i didn't matter) so i drove the 20 minutes instead of 2 minutes and they found the bearings in the rear axle were shot. fixed it all and resolved warranty paperwork. Family owned and operated definitely makes the difference. I would definitely recommend and will surely buy my next vehicle from these folks. Appreciate the extra mile to make sure it was easy for me and done correctly
My friend Kathryn car , VW Jetta Skid Plate popped off during the ride to Ringgold to our Hotel . We were the first customer at the Service Dept Mike Mechanic greeted us . Marty Service Mngr said that they will get us in and we are so Thankful, they fixed it !! The whole group of people working there are so Friendly, accommodating and care was very exceptional. Thank you again !! We were traveling to Florida. They explained everything that was done to sealed the Skid Plate and told us to get it checked again when we reach Tampa to secure the Skid Plate . Loved their service and customer service !! Such friendly people ??
