2023 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box SLT

I chose Vendetti for their reputation in sales and service. I had owned my last truck for 24 years so I knew choosing a new truck was going to be an investment so like Vendetti I knew GMC would be my best bet for quality and durability. As we walked into the dealership we were met by Julie who greeted us and treated us like family. We were then introduced to Sean who also was courteous and professional, after sitting down we were able to take two vehicles for a test drive. After returning and explaining a little more about what I was looking for and planned on using the vehicle for, Sean informed us that he did have another vehicle that might have just the options I was looking for. The vehicle was perfect and working with Sean made the purchase simple and easy to finalize all of the details from purchase, insurance transactions and making sure our truck was perfect on delivery. Just reading the history of this fine dealer is why it is in the town it is and has the clients it does I just never knew but now i would recommend all to go here and buy here

Charlie Rafferty was very helpful in trying to get us in for an earlier appointment, in providing an assessment of the repairs to be done and sourcing parts quickly, gave us progress updates, and really worked hard to help us out cost-wise. And James did a fantastic job making the repairs on a job that took multiple days. As always, the Vendetti staff are professional, courteous, and customer-focused and why we return each time. I highly recommend this dealership. (A previous review from several months ago got accidently overwritten with the above review but in that previous review I mentioned that Paul Sullivan in service had also been very helpful and courteous each time we worked with him. Paul did an excellent job working with us on what needed to be done, what was necessary and what could wait, as well as helping to find ways to save cost.
