My point of contact was Brandi who by now is very happy that I have not returned. ???? We had an issue with front bumper clips but finally a gentleman named Randy?? (not sure if correct) fixed problem and have not had any issue since. I had taken care of back several times for this issue and each time Brandi was very kind and patient. One thing I know is that they work hard to rectify any problems or customers concerns.
