2024 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box Denali

I am very happy with my experience from Tempe Honda. They gave me a fair evaluation for my trade in, and put me back on the road in a new set of wheels before the wife noticed I was gone. We’re a happy family with a new ride now. I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely go back again.

As we walked in we were welcomed with a smile by Luis Chessani who became our salesman. He was super friendly and we all connected. Told him we were just test driving as we had planned to go to two other dealerships after Honda…but haha we didn’t end up leaving Honda until I drove off in my 2024 HRV Sport AWD thanks to Luis. We first drove the CRV which he pulled up front…started it to cool it off and opened all doors and hatch which really showed off the car. He was only the second salesman that did that. Very impressive and really showed he loved the car and wanted to impress us which he. When we got back and tried to work the numbers, he realized that was just too much for us so he suggested the HRV which I had looked at first, but my sister was more interested in the bigger CRV. He then pulled up the HRV once again showing off the car. We took it for a spin and that was it…that was the car I wanted. He even pointed out it had black rims which now that he pointed that out it was a must have and I just love the color of my Honda. He got the paperwork going and it was definitely something more in our budget so we asked for a few minutes to discuss. I totally forgot to remind him to come back and he was patiently waiting for us while I went to the bathroom, got some more water and then he finally came over slowing and said I don’t mean to interrupt, but you asked me to step away awhile ago and was just wondering when you wanted me to come back? It was so funny because I was like oh my gosh I’m so sorry, I totally forgot. I thought you were just working the rest of the numbers for us so I said yes please stay and let’s get this Honda SOLD. Everything went smooth and he got my car all fueled up and more to drive off the lot within the hour. JZ was very efficient with the paperwork and we got through it quick which was great. JZ then took us outside where the car was parked and ready to go and Luis met up with us. He and I sat in the car for quite a while going over all of the cars details and what not then he put the license plate on and we were ready to drive off. I have to say this was the best experience we had after visiting for other dealerships and I would highly recommend Luis and Jay Z not to mention my Honda HRV sport too many others. Luis was so professional, knowledgeable and just felt very comfortable with him. I’ll take a picture of it later today when I’m at the Tonto national bridge for the wine tasting and send the picture to Luis…but here are the pics I took at the dealership and we took one of the orange stitching on the interior as orange is my mom’s favorite color.
