Good people from salesman Deveron who is great with customer service to the business office (finance) Jared. If you are in the market for a new or preowned car go see Deveron. Service people are great too which I took my 2006 Lincoln Town Car there when I had Air & will do the same with my 2017 Lincoln Continental. Since I have had my Lincoln & when I make a service appointment on the app for pick up and delivery nobody shows plus as a benefit owning a Lincoln I'm suppose to get a loaner but that never happens as well.

Ashley was awesome to work with on our new car purchase! He was very attentive and was very understanding of our delay due to unforeseen circumstances that caused us a delay in our purchase. He kept in touch with us and showed genuine concern for our family. He was very eager to locate the exact car color and features we wanted and we are so very appreciative of the efforts he made toward us being satisfied with our car purchase! We will definitely recommend Ashley to our friends and family and will be looking forward to making Ashley “our Car Guy”!!. Ashley helped locate our perfect color combination Iced Mocha exterior and Cappuccino interior as well all All Wherl Drive with the Reserve trim package. He was able to locate our “dream car” and have it trucked in from Mesa, Arizona in less than a week...now THAT’S GREAT SERVICE!!!. Every single person we met and came into contact with at Gene Messer Lincoln/Ford were so very courteous and friendly. Ashley has a great crew of men to back him up and we could tell they all make a GREAT TEAM! Steve, the Lincoln “specialist” was great to help out explaining the features of our new car. Michael was our finance contact and he did a wonderful job and we will highly recommend Ashley and his team to all our friends and family.

Air conditioner went out on 2022 Lincoln Navigator Black Label Couldn't diagnosis it first time but got me right back in and fixed it quickly. Barbara in service is awesome!
