    This is our second vehicle purchased here and we will not go anywhere else to buy a car, even though we live in Lake in the Hills - it’s worth the drive. They ensure a hassle-free, pleasant and professional service. We appreciate that we were treated with respect and honesty. This dealership is the best due to their no sharks policy - we never feel like we are being pressured into anything like in other dealerships. Jonathan is always happy to help us find what we need.     Bob Pearson and Toyota of St Charles are excellent! This is the place to work with!! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Bob Pearson and his team at Toyota of St Charles. I had over an hour to drive to get there, but it was well worth it! I expect to work with Bob again on purchasing another car--and he is ready to help! The car I wanted popped up in an email alert and I had an unexpected Saturday AM plan... I immediately reached out to Toyota of St Charles and before I asked any of the many questions I had, Bob literally answered all of them in our first phone call--I very quickly realized I was dealing with an absolute professional-- one of the best of the best!! While there was no way to guarantee the car would be there when I got there Bob did everything he could to ensure I was comfortable...we sealed the deal quickly and easily and drove away within an hour or so with the car license plates and everything we needed! One of the highlights of the visit was the test drive and walk around with Bob. He took ample time to ensure I understood everything about the car I was purchasing (which in fact is identical to another car I already own and I learned several things about the car that I had not realized...). It was extremely informative and actually fun!! Bob took me through the paces behind the wheel of the car with certain test drive processes that I had never experienced before. I literally drove the car in unique and unplanned ways that had me better understand how it functions how I should feel safe...and how I might pass that on to other drivers in my family. Bob also explains some very interesting and important facets of how the business is run at Toyota of St Charles and it was impressive and clearly showed the level of excellence they strive for throughout the entire process. Toyota of St Charles is lucky to have Bob on their team and I am lucky to have connected with him for this car purchase... I look forward to working with Bob and Toyota of St Charles again.
