2015 Cadillac SRX FWD Performance Collection

I’ve visited this dealership often over the last couple of years to have my S90 serviced, and the level of quality exceeds my expectations every time. My service advisor is typically Connie, and I must say her level of professionalism, patience, and attentiveness is unmatched. This past visit I had the pleasure of working with Connie once more, and even had the opportunity to speak with Austin (one of the mechanics) in regards to an issue with my vehicle. And of course, it was no surprise that his level of professionalism, and great customer service matched Connie’s as well. I live by the motto of treating people with kindness, respect, and patience, and that you’ll receive in return. Best dealership experience. The agent Tom Brady (it's the real name ;)) is super awesome. I was an out of state buyer and he made the experience as smooth as possible and as fast as possible. Nothing could've been better than this.

I've always had a great service experience here. Connie and Ed are just the nicest people! I think this dealership offers fair prices and they do good work. Yes, you can probably find slightly cheaper out in town, but you're likely compromising on the quality to do so. Their technicians are obviously familiar with Volvos which is nice, as sometimes they can be tricky just to get all the covers and what not removed to get to the part you need. I highly recommend taking your Volvo here if you're looking to get it serviced!
