Just amazing customer service - Having found a car that is impossible to find anywhere and having to pay MSRP and driving home within hours. What an excellent Experience. Hard to find Honest dealers these day. On the same day another dealer tried to sell me the same car for $6700 over msrp. Nick Dicerbo went out of his way to take care of us.
My experience with Vineland Toyota was awesome n outstanding!!! Gerald Lewis is the best dealership agent I ever had. His mannerism is outstanding. I met him two years ago n I told him I would b back. All I have to say is that young man needs a raise in pay. He was outstanding in everything. Even when I took a test drive , he showed me where to go , where I could really get the feel of driving my suv clearly n safely. He is so patient, kind, n knowledgeable about his job.
