2015 Cadillac SRX

I can't say enough about my experience with the Rahal Organization. I've had my Jag XE for almost 8 years now that I bought out in the Pittsburgh North Hills location. It's been through enough time now that it had surface scratches and other scuffs that I was worried meant it would need repainted. I took it to the Rahal Lexus dealer and Brad Lee and Jennifer Michelone advised me that they believe everything could be buffed out. I was amazed to see how incredible it looked. If I knew it would have been this polished, I would have taken before pictures as well. From the moment I set foot in the dealership they took care of me, were extremely pleasant all the way through to delivery of the car (they kept it an extra day in Recon so I wouldn't have to drive it in the rain). Follow up and communication was top notch. Highly professional individuals who genuinely cared that I was satisfied.

Ty was wonderful! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were able to take care of most things by email, so when I arrived at the dealership I just had to test drive and sign paperwork. Ty made the entire process quick and easy. The ladies in the finance department were super sweet as well. Overall great experience!

Bill has a warm smile that you feel comfortable with immediately. When I came back on Monday to purchase the 2015 Chevy Tahoe, it was like visiting an old friend. I brought my wife Sherry with me and she even said she had the same great feeling upon meeting Bill. Bill had everything ready to roll and introduced us to Ashley as she was handling all the finances and paperwork. Ashley was just as pleasurable to deal with. After everything was completed, Bill even gave me a new umbrella as a momento. As someone who was in the auto sales myself many years ago, I can confidently say that this was the best customer experience i received.
