The dealership has been very good so far. My Legacy is almost three years old and the only real issue is the very soft rear springs. Toyota has similar issues, with some models, soft suspension sells vehicles. Rear strut springs were replaced under the warranty, improving the issue. Thanks Beechmont Subaru.

We went car shopping on a Sunday! They're closed on Sunday by the way, but they left a lot of cars unlocked. The wife got to sit in a number of outbacks and we got a couple others on the list to test drive during normal business hours. Same day service for my crosstrek was high quality also, but thays another out for another day.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my 2019 Crosstrek and Caleb Evrick checked me in. I knew the oil change was complimentary, but expected to pay for the rotation.
