These guys are the best! My wife and I were on a trip across Wisconsin and the UP and the battery to the remote for our CRV was dieing. We stopped in at the dealership and they replaced the batteries in both key remotes at no charge! Friendly, professional, and personable staff from the front door to the parts department. Using their online app was quick and easy. This in spite of the 10 day wait for an appointment for a basic oil change. The service staff is friendly and helpful. Plan to spend at least an hour for the completion of the work.
