Arrived at 7am for my first oil change. John, the service advisor was very cordial and professional. He reminded me that I had a first oil change that was Free. He also got me in the Express Lane since I would not need a courtesy ride if it was done over an hour. Periodically, I received updates of the progress and it was completed within an hour. However, I was given a Tire Tread of 8 and my front Brake Pads 11and my rear Brake Pads. The problem is I do not know if this is Good or Bad. I guess I will have to Google it. Overall a Grade of Very Good
