Have been searching for a car with a decent price tag on it not too beat up and with a acceptable amount of miles. Finally stumbled across New Worcester Motors and from there everything was handled very smoothly. Jason and his crew had no issue answering any questions about the car I was purchasing and was not a dealer that made me feel pressured into just buying the highest marked car in his lot. I have only good things to say about New Worcester Motors. They have a small but well-selected offering of quality cars at good prices. Jason and his colleagues have been very pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person -- friendly, patient, not pushy at all. They even accomodated us with a last-minute request to have one of their cars inspected by a mechanic of our choice, even though the inspection went well beyond their working hours on a Saturday. Price negotiations with Jason were very civil and based on an exchange of arguments -- not the kind of dismissive "take it or leave it" attitude I experienced with some other dealers. Overall, they come off as a family kind of business that actually cares about their customers.
