2012 Cadillac SRX Base FWD

If I could give AKJ Auto Sales more then 5 stars I would. I am so unbelievably impressed with the kindness, professionalism and the overall work ethic of each person who works there. Over the last few weeks I have tried multiple Dealerships- Nissan 24, Prestige Auto and some others. Nobody comes close to comparison with AKJ. They made the process very easy, stress free and the turn around to finance a vehicle was VERY quick. They issue plates there, and had everything done as soon as they could. They had GREAT communication, I was able to email back and forth with Katie throughout the day while I was at work- no lengthy phone calls or phone tag. She was very quick to respond, which really showed me the pride she put in her and her families work. Every time we stopped in, we were greeted with a smile, you can really tell they care about what they do. All cars on the lot were durable, looked GREAT and you can really tell that you are not being fooled, these cars are really in great condition. This is my first experience financing a car, and with student loans and other issues I was working through- AKJ worked hard to find me a competitive rate . I am very happy with my purchase. I cannot wait to show my new car off to everyone and let them know I got it through AKJ.

This is excellent used car dealership our first car purchase was about five years ago here. We had an excellent experience then and now. Katie and her dad Ken made us feel comfortable and not rushed. We were happy with our purchase, and Katie getting us a loan, insurance transfer, and taking our old trade - in all went smoothly. It's been almost a month since the purchase and the car is in excellent condition. Rich
