Rolf Wick was both extremely helpful and accommodating during my visit. I was juggling my morning schedule and trying to fit my car for services and oil change without an appointment was quite ambitious. Rolf made it seamless and addressed several issues that my car needed and kept my looped in on all communications and made sure I was aware and educated on what parts and areas for maintenance was being performed. The service was so friendly and everyone was knowledgeable. Even the people not working directly with us were kind and friendly. I had been to quite a few places where that was not the case over the last few weeks, but at Acura on Stevens Creek, we felt valued and that they actually wanted to help us find the right fit. Nathan took us on our test drive and was very kind to our children too throughout our whole time at the dealership. I was not intending on purchasing a car that day, but they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and for a fair price. Also, they were so mindful that we had kids with us and things went so much more quickly that the last time we purchased a vehicle. From walking around the lot to signing the final documents and setting up my car settings I was very happy. I got serviced done by Nicole at the Stevens Creek location and she did a great job going over every detail from my appointment. She made sure I knew what my car needed, while not being pushy about it. It was my second time working with her and I look forward for all my future appointments with her.
