Purchased a 2018 GMC Canyon Denali from Criswell Acura today. Had a very pleasant experience from the test drive all the way through the signing of the purchase documents. I never felt pressured, Mike Marcus, our sales consultant was professional and friendly from the word hello. Mike and staff gave me a very fair deal and handled the process of transferring ownership with ease!! Probably the best car buying experience of my life so far! Worked with Mike Marcus, don't really know what else to say, will seek out Mike for our next purchase down the road.
