Customer service is top tier. The service manager Kriselle was welcoming, helpful, efficient, and personable. The waiting area had cable which was a huge plus because having options of what to watch while you wait is much appreciated. I was in and out in no time for my oil change and tired rotation. Glad to know I'm in good hands there.

Went in for my first maintenance since purchasing my car. The online scheduling was very easy and was given directions and a short video link to watch as to ensure I knew what was going to happen once the car was taken in for service. They're also was a link to notify the technician once I arrived. Very smooth and seamless process. I was greeted by my technician Chris, he was awesome and very knowledgeable. He checked out my warranties, walked me around my car, told me the top things that needed to be done. I was there maybe 45mins had my oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped and was back on the road. Chris was awesome! The whole team was great. I even received a courtesy call today to make sure I had come in for my vehicle services.. we both laughed as she saw i had been in a few days earlier. I can not express how much I appreciate everyone. I am always treated like Ohana at Tony Volkswagen
