Anthony Rosales helped us buy a car yesterday. He was extremely personable and professional. If you go to the Audi Fletcher Jones in Costa Mesa definitely ask for him. He made the experience feel much more personal and not like we were just a transaction. He spent his time with us while we were waiting throughout the entire process and really tried to get to know us! He shared the same amount of excitement for us as we bought my first car. He made the entire experience amazing for us, definitely ask for him if you are planning on buying a car!
My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Audi Q7 from Jacob Freeman at Audi Fletcher Jones. Jacob was fantastic all the way through, from his presentation of the Audi brand, his knowledge of the vehicles, and his overall commitment to our satisfaction. We've bought many cars previously and hands down working with Jacob was the best experience we've ever had when engaging with a dealership. Ultimately, the deal took 3 days to happen as Fletcher Jones, my wife, and me were all working hard to ensure the numbers made sense. Overall, I felt that the sales manager Collin K. put forth strong efforts to get us the deal we wanted and to make sure we retained as much equity in our trade as possible. When we got into Finance, Mina took care of us and again worked hard to help us get the deal we wanted and felt comfortable with. This was our first time buying an Audi product and experiencing the Fletcher Jones brand, and we are thoroughly impressed. We absolutely love our Q7 and are excited for the many miles of enjoyment ahead of us. When we grow tired of our BMW, we'll be back with Jacob at Audi Fletcher Jones.
