Marie (Sales) and Eric (financing) are great! They made me feel very welcomed and genuinely made the process easy. I went in for a 22’ Kia K5 and left with it the same day! My only issue was the $2495 City Care Package that is required at purchase for used vehicles. Yet doesn’t state that in fine print in their contract or website. Not to mention I didn’t receive the customer welcome kit. But overall I would recommend !
My experience at City Kia was amazing ???? chem Sales was the best sales man I have dealt with from beginning to end 6pm to 12pm he attended us en every step also Finance Eric W was completely honest till the T very professional I’m very happy with my new car lease. Went from a 21 forte to a 24 Seltos. Only down side is car payments it has sky rocket but hey this is the world we live in now. But overall Very respectfully team and can’t wait to see you both in 4 years
