2024 Kia Forte LXS AT

I recently went there on Monday march 18th to see about trading my 2022 Kia Forte LXS(they were trying to build a used inventory of Fortes so There was a trade-in incentive). I went in prepared not to make a deal as I liked my forte and was only willing to part with it if they made a good enough deal. I drive off in a 2024 Kia Seltos SX. I worked with Byron Kitchen who is an extremely nice guy and isn't(in my experience) pushy at all we talked about what I wanted and he listened. He was very informative about the vehicles I was interested in and helped me get into one that I truly wanted. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Byron as a salesman to anyone.

I was first impressed with the size and selection of inventory at this dealership. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and everyone I encountered had a smile and greeted me. I had the most awesome experience with my salesperson Andre. If you go, please see him, you will not be disappointed! He was very patient, answering all of questions and I never felt pressured at all. In fact, he eased all of the anxiety I had prior to coming. The process went very smoothly. I was impressed from start to finish and highly recommend this dealership and Andre Najjar!

Michael was very pleasant to deal with. Knowledgeable about his job, answering any and all questions that I had. He's also sold several vehicles to my co-workers and they had nothing but great things to say of him and the service they received from the dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend people to your dealership.
