I had spoken to Alexa via internet and was super excited that nectar had the exact car that I had been looking for to surprise my husband with. When we got there, she was busy with other customers so Franklin took care of us. He made everything so easy. We really appreciate everyone's professionalism. The Camero is amazing and Alexa, Franklin, the sales manager (i did not get his name because he and my husband were engrossed in football conversations :) ) all made our experience a wonderful and super smooth one.
