Jeremy Hess is a great guy to work with! Recently purchased a 21 wrangler from him after looking at a couple other vehicles before hand. Every time I called or texted about an interest he was always so helpful, attentive, full of great energy, and ready to go with whatever questions, concerns and needs I had. He would also keep me updated with inventory, and reached out often to see if he could do anything for me. Highly recommend going to him if you have the opportunity! You can tell he cares about the customer.

Although I can't comment directly on buying experience- their customer service I can. I was transporting a car I had just picked up from repair and was meeting a friend for a late lunch before heading back out of state. Traffic was miserable and the local police had someone pulled over/assisting that was blocking the only entry way that I could utilize while driving a trailer at the food location we were eating. I pulled in and explained the situation and they offered for me to park at the back/side of their lot. I wasn't interrupting their business flow but they easily could of told me to eff off. Everyone was super friendly and nice. I absolutely would use them to purchase my next vehicle just based on this customer service experience I had when I had no intention to provide them business for the day. Thank you!

Just wanted to brag on Chris Crane Hyundai service department. They are extremely helpful. Very professional. Very attentive and are very good at working with their customers. Their top priorities is definitely their customers. Thanks to Chase. He got me my car back in a manly time and kept me well updated. Definitely will be back!!!
