I purchased a car on Friday from Eddie who was very attentive & understanding regarding my needs in purchasing my new car . He walked me through the process of turning my old car in once I purchased the new car. They both took the time to explain the purchasing process every step of the way. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way during this whole process. I am the owner of Cruz Control Automotive. I order from dealerships all over town, and specifically get all of my Hyundai parts from North Freeway Hyundai. I ran into an issue with the airbags for an air ride suspension on one of my customers vehicles they were very expensive parts. One of them was defective. I brought the part up to the dealership and went through the warranty process with them And they did the right thing and refunded my money to me.
