2023 Kia Forte GT-Line AT

My husband and I live in Oceanside and after a no so great experience at a much closer, coastal Kia, we decided to hit Irvine even though it was an hour each way with traffic. Jean was our sales person and at no point, did it feel like he was trying to sell us something. It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. After our meh experience at a different Kia, we kept waiting for Jean to try and pull one over on us, but it never happened. They gave us a way better deal on our 2 trade-ins, were very transparent with current deals, and it was just really smooth, start to finish. The only other time I had a transaction involving a car that was this easy, I had ordered online and just had to go in and pick it up. Bastian was our finance guy. Again, everything was very transparent, and he even gave us car buying tips for the future. He was a really really nice guy and very personable. I would definitely go back to Kia of Irvine again. It was totally worth sitting in traffic. Thanks guys!

I want to start off that I had a bad experience at a another Kia dealership, when I called Kia Irvine, I talked to Leo Sas about my situation. He said he has the car ready for me if I come now. I showed up and the car was ready and prepped for the test drive. Leo greeted me with a smile and a handshake as I walked in, he gave me all the information I needed about the vehicle, pricing etc. We crunched up the numbers about how much the total vehicle price would come out to, the process was smooth and I had no issues at all. Leo even gave me a complimentary license plate cover and some other Kia goodies. Leo is a great Sales Consultant, I would recommend more clients to him if they are in need of a vehicle. My finance manager Anthony Calabrese also made the process extremely smooth, gave me all the information correctly and made sure I understood everything before I signed to purchase the vehicle. These two make a great team and I would trust them again with another vehicle purchase.
