After a horrible experience at another dealership I was referred to Jim and Paul Brown Kia. Jim was incredible and put me touch with Brandi who was fantastic. They were upfront, transparent and honest at every turn--Huge difference from my prior car buying experiences. I have already recommended Jim/Brandi to my sister. The dealership is very far from me but worth every mile traveled for such an easy stress-free experience. Brandi and Mary (the finance manager) made the process a pleasure, which is what buying a new car should be.
Great visit, staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Jason was my salesman and he was incredible. Very knowledgeable about my options, understood what I was looking for and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. I felt no pressure the entire time, it was like making a purchase from a friend. Highly recommend
