2023 Kia Forte GT-Line AT

I came in looking for a new car, when I talked to Isaiah. He was very nice and patient and a joy to talk to. He helped me by answering all the questions I brought up and made me feel at ease, with no pressure at all. Test driving the Kia K4 GT-Line Turbo, the exact car I had my eyes on, was an amazing experience. Again, Isaiah was patient and helped me around with all the amazing technologies that the car offered. From the awesome red/black interior color, the feel of the steering wheel and seats to the buttons and wide screens, I fell in love with the car I was in and knew I had to take it home. The process was easy and simple, I had felt no rush or pressure during the entire process. I felt I spent the right amount of time in the dealership the entire time. Afterwards, going through the finance part, John, was awesome to talk to. He had a great attitude and was no way intimidating or pressuring of the options I was offered, such as the warranties. Afterwards, Isaiah helped me go through the setup of the Kia Access app and showed me all sorts of cool things I can do with my car from my phone. Afterwards, he helped me through the infotainment screen and helped me set up my profile and the features that the car has. He showed me the service department as well and showed me around and helped me understand what to do. Overall, I had such a great experience and I absolutely would recommend my family and friends coming here to check out a car to buy.

WOW WOW WOW!!! That is really all I can say the best customer service ever! From the start buying a car is very important in making good decisions a big investment! LOUIS WAS THE BEST OF THE BEST! From the first phone call i was already invested and wanting to work with him! He said he was kind of new to the business and you would never know He was amazing in helping us the whole way thru! Michael sales guy: is a great guy very patient gave us a great deal we couldn't ask for more, the wife and I were very happy with everything he did for us very patient very low-key very cool guy. then the financing department that was great I forgot her name but she gave us even a better deal when we went into the financing department... great and friendly staff everybody we talked or ran into helped us, all where just awesome thanks again everyone
