2022 Kia Forte GT-Line AT

I am new to the area and this was my first service visit at this VW dealership. Scheduling, greeting by staff, confirming what was being performed, opting in or out of additional service items during discovery and check out was top notch. They set the bar high. I had a great experience at Witham.

We were greeted cordially and promptly when we came onto the dealership lot. Joe Bobst was the Sales Consultant who greeted us and then LISTENED to what we were looking for and what our issues with other makes and models of vehicles have been. He matched us to the Tiguan and took us for a test drive, making sure both my husband and I were comfortable and had our questions answered. Then Sebastian Hansen, the General Sales Manager stepped in and helped us with turning in/purchasing our previous leased vehicle. They both were friendly, knowledgeable and above all LISTENED to us.
