The best experience I have had at a dealership. This is my 5th lease at a Kia dealership but this was the easiest and most positive experience yet. Cassie listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and she made it happen. Everyone at this dealership is professional, friendly, and efficient. Based on my prior experience turning in a lease, I went in expecting to be there all day as they were very busy and they are a brand new dealership. This was not the case at all, we made a deal quickly, I got a better car than I was expecting, and even after filling out all the paperwork I was in and out within 2 hours. JC at Kia North in Danvers was excellent - very friendly, sent a nice personalized video of the car prior to my visit, and drove a considerable distance to our home in New Hampshire to get the car registered. He was also a reliable communicator via e-mail and text, which I appreciated.
