2017 Kia Forte LX AT

I have been a customer here for a long time. They INSIST on showing you the parts and explaining everything before and after. I appreciate that. Once I wondered if I needed brakes. They put my car up on the lift, told me no - not for another six months, then didn't charge me anything to even look at my car. The technicians have all worked there a long time. I trust this place completely. Just this week I was in there because my check engine light came on. They found the problem, showed me the problem, explained the problem and the repair. Vin, the owner, spent a considerable amount of time to find me the best replacement part at the best price (I have an old car). It didn't even cross my mind to go somewhere else for another opinion. What for? This is the only place I need to go.

I recently purchased a car from Vin and Danny. The car was very reasonably priced and the buying process was very straightforward and easy to understand. Vin is a man of high integrity and honesty and he answered every question I had and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car, even after my purchase was completed. I've been going to Danbury automotive for all my auto repairs. Vinnie and Elvis always take care of me. They are fair in pricing. They save my old/broken parts to show me what they repaired and to make sure I understand what was done. As a female I usually feel like auto places are tacking on unnecessary repairs, or repairs that can wait. Danbury Automotive listens to me and understands my personal needs as well as my budget and do not pressure me into things that can wait or that I don't need. They will warn me if they foresee a costly repair in the near future so I can prepare for it. Finding a place I trust was difficult, and now that I have one, I will remain loyal and recommend them to everyone.
