I saw a vehicle on the website and wanted to know if it was available. Matt answered my inquiry and sent me a video he made of the vehicle. I scheduled a test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle (Toyota RAV4). The vehicle is very clean and Matt was very easy to work with. Nick in finance was helpful as well. Super easy purchase. Derrick did a great job reaching out with information and a video of the car that i was interested in. The video was short - but included everything that i needed/wanted to see. The entire operation was laid back and not in your face while still providing more than enough information to make a tough decision. Easiest car purchase i have had up to this point! Great experience with my service and Jason Baker! He was helpful, informative, and didn’t intimidate me in to adding on additional services that I will need in the future. In the past I have felt looked down on or pressured into adding additional services and I’ve always hated that tactic.
