Deana in the service office and the tech James Thomas' work at Spitzer is top notch. I recently purchased a used Tacoma from another dealership. Deana was so helpful working with me to establish service at Spitzer, and James Thomas working on my truck to identify a few small issues that needed remedied was the the best service I've ever experienced at a car dealership or most businesses in general.
