2017 Kia Forte LX

This is our second vehicle purchase from Bill Harris Dodge within a few months! We were looking for a vehicle for my son and they got it done very quickly! Great customer service, and everyone was so nice. They really go out of their way to please the customer and, of course, my son loves his “new” wheels! So less than a month later, I went back to BH and purchased a 1500 Ram. This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve purchased from them in the past year and the customer service is great! Jason Bull and the team took such good care of me and made it an easy transaction! I love my new truck! Hopefully we’re done buying cars for awhile, but we’ll certainly be back when we do! Drove over 3 hours to Bill Harris to purchase my 2024 Ram 2500. Worked with their sales dept and finance dept over the phone to work everything out prior to arriving. They were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their price was extremely straight forward. No rebate stacking, or hidden fees like most dealers do. The trade price they gave me out of the gate was fair. There was no hidden fees or sales tactics. I worked with Bailey initially, then worked with Jonathan and Jason in sales, and Jess in finance. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful. If you normally dread the car buying process, I definitely recommend reaching out to Jason for your Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram product.

I went to Bill Harris and fell in love with a Jeep. Jason was so professional and straight to the point. Jessica did the signing and was so nice! Both were great to work with and were very personable. I have bought multiple cars from here and love that everyone is friendly without getting the “pushy salesman act”. Even had an issue with the Jeep and when I went back a few days later both recognized me and sent me to Erik to help work out a solution quickly. Best service and dealership hands down!
