Frank, our salesman, was very responsive with all communication. He was attentive and showed care. We were coming from out-of-town, so he worked with us to do a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could come and see it. He had the vehicle waiting and ready for us to test drive at our appointment. The vehicle was priced a bit higher than market value, and we did find a few things on the vehicle that were missed in the description, including a rock chip in the windshield and a missing lug key for the wheels. But Frank gave us a small allowance on the purchase price to cover the rock chip repair and helped us troubleshoot the lug key situation. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend Avalon Auto.
Selling my car here was extremely easy and pleasant! I spent almost two hours at carmax for a crappy quote. I brought my car here, they took about 20 minutes to check it out, then they gave me a reasonable quote and negotiated with me. I signed some papers and walked out with a check in hand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
