First off one needs to remember that a used car is not a new car and expectations should be aligned with used car options. That said my experience with everyone at House of Cars was exceptional. They gladly addressed all questions I had regarding my ultimate purchase and every detailed question I had for their extended warranty options, which were exceptional also.
