Alyssa at Mansfield Motor Group makes car shopping easy! Thanks to her, my experience buying a car couldn’t have been better. Dreading the idea of car shopping, I was surprised when I ran across a listing at the Mansfield Motor Group dealership that matched what I was looking for. Although, it was an hour away, I immediately called and was soon texting with one of their sales representative who, although young, was very well informed about the car. It wasn’t long before my purchase was complete, thanks to their great sales team Alyssa, Kenny and their knowledgeable loan officer, Eric. Before leaving, Alyssa sat with me in my new vehicle and went over every gadget until I understood what I was doing, including programming my phone into the car’s memory. By the time I left, I was able to use my iphone’s Google Maps on the car’s computer screen to navigate my way home and, blissfully, listen to music at the same time! I was overjoyed! It took me a whole week to program my phone into my last car’s memory. Thanks Alyssa, you were amazing, and Kenny, who was ready to help at every turn and Eric who made the loan process quick and easy. A great team! Car shopping, for once, was enjoyable!
