I worked with Horatio and not only does he know every specification of each model and year of the cars we spoke about, he was very down to earth on not 'selling me' but informing me with everything I needed to know to make the right decision. Horatio will become my go-to guy. Plus, the fact that they are part of the AutoNation group so, in this case, they own other Lexus dealerships). My mother bought her Cadillac there as well. She felt he is a 'consummate gentleman'!

I test drove a couple different models and my needs became clear on the type & size of a vehicle I wanted. Jeffrey was amazing service rep! Very informative and caring! Everyone there was incredibly and friendly! Got my LC500 checked out and everything went great! They made sure it was all working properly and the issue i had was resolved! Definitely nice having a good conversation with everyone there.
