I know some people do not like having service done at a dealership because "It is much more expensive!" And to be honest, it might be slightly higher. But I have been dealing with Autohaus of both Peoria and Bloomington for a while now and have nothing for praise for this dealership! From salespeople who have been straightforward, to Service, from managers to employees, I have always been treated with honesty and respect. Everyone has been helpful, pleasant and respectful! I am completely sold with these Leader Dealerships!

Plus, he helped my transporter load the vehicle making sure they didn't damage it in the process. Shane at Audi Peoria is the absolute best. I had a very serious issue with my vehicle and he oversaw the entire process, helped to get me in a loaner vehicle while it was being worked on, and kept me updated the entire time.
